XBlite official homepage (which Wikipedia currently deems dead, BTW) confirms your version info.
But the webpage copyright footer is fairly current ("Copyrights © 2020 xblite.com") and source files at the SF.net repo are also quite recent (last package dated 2021-10-10; cf. https://sourceforge.net/projects/xblite/files/)...
