My vote goes to WizFile, its just a better "Everything".

Looking at the rest... I can't even pick a 2nd and 3rd choice, while some of those NirSoft utilities are useful, they are extremely niche and nothing on that list has made it into my "daily life" so to speak. Seems like a weak 2 years as far as portable 2018-2019 additions go.
