I've packaged it with a simple launcher just to move the config file back and forth to the local PC, making it portable:

I went with 1.5 (the previous version) as 1.5.4 kept being unable to write to the hash files on one of my test boxes.

The base-apps Windows build errors have been fixed in the 2.0 release. The portable package has been updated to this release and added to the database here:
