Bridging the Gap site - seeking mirror

A game here on the site Bridging The Gap appears to have gone offline and I wasn't able to find a suitable mirror.

One user in comments who pointed this out also kindly provided an alternate link, but for a later version of the game (v3) that may not be portable:

The downloaded package is named "bridgingthegap2v.exe", but in description they say it is version 3.

It stores profile settings in the app's folder.
I could find no relevant registry keys; only some "HKCU\software\Microsoft\DirectInput\MostRecentApplication" keys are left behind.

I love this game!
