I can certainly relate to this. Especially when people keep making requests for me to make certain applications portable and I've gotten a lot of them. Does this app support Windows 10 ISO? I did it once but the USB is not bootable.

I am not sure as i have never used it,but as i know,Rufus does support Windows 10 if you are going to make a Window 10 bootable USB.
