Was looking for a Yahoo Messenger replacement. Found an update and a whole lot more.

Old topic update: YahElite.org website gone. Due to YahElite manifest obsolescence, entry was downvoted, yet it still appears as updated.

For the historical interest, I was able to gather a fairly(!) recent YahElite version from the net; as I was unable to (Uni)extract the installer executable, I had to perform an install/uninstall cycle to get at any info... so, clearly not natively portable.

The footer of the included '_README!.txt' states:

This document was last revised 2008.02.15

I'm a little unclear is this chat client able to open .ypf files I can find no other references to things able to open them, I also seem to be unable to download this mirror with out paying money I understand this post was in 2009 so if this software really is lost to time I guess so be it, but I can't help but ask.
