Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Quick update here: Version 1.129 is out with what look to be various updates since it was last discussed back in May.

Status: Portable, writing settings to inifile.ini. Looks to be stealth unless I missed something.
