I can see quite a few uses for this program, especially if you work with a lot of temporary or backup files as part of your process and need them to clear out. I currently have a directory on my computer that I regularly go through and delete items older than 2 months ago, so this should be immediately useful. With a little tweaking, this could work better in some cases than many privacy wipe tools like BleachBit thanks to ongoing clearance of old files.
Note that, according to Softpedia link below, many of the author's other apps are not freeware
