qTox - secure instant messaging

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Very surprised to see PA put out a qTox client. Wasn't sure of the status of that service and PA getting behind it is a bit of a boost: https://portableapps.com/news/2020-09-0 ... 2-released

New qTox update v1.17.6 out that might affect portability:
This release addresses a security issue for Windows users. When installing to non-default locations, qTox now ensures that the install directory permissions are restricted.
