Old topic update: Comodo IceDragon was supposedly based on Firefox's engine but apparently stopped development at v65.0.2.15 released 2023-06-19, according to Softpedia:
There's a Wikipedia entry stating the same:
Comodo IceDragon is a discontinued Firefox-based open source web browser from the Comodo Group for Microsoft Windows.
Final word of warning: no idea if the caveats previously discussed here at TPFC (cf. viewtopic.php?t=6148) still apply, so user discretion is highly advised!

Probably. Comodo and Avast/AVG/Piriform are companies I would be hard pressed to ever use again. Moving into the security space and royally screwing up is (and should be) hard to recover from.
