Working on it. Stay tuned.Feature request: Some way of knowing how many applications I have submitted to the database. As my old approach has been rendered useless with the new additions.

I have detected some applications that are labeled as "NEW" when you browse the "Latest" apps, and are not labeled when you follow the permalink: http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=2086, http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1514, http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1215, http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1967, http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=2095.

How about moving the "Permalink" link up one row?
Like this:
This way the app-links row won't break to two rows on lower resolutions but it would be still in focus.

I like the idea, too. My doubt: will it work when using a crt monitor with a 1024x768 resolution, and when the 'Forum topic' link is also present?tproli wrote:This way the app-links row won't break to two rows on lower resolutions but it would be still in focus.

I like it too. Have updated it on the test site. Please check it out.
If no complaints, I will move it to production.

@Andrew
Thanks. I would add the class "textlink" to make it gray.
@lautrepay
I can modify the entry sidebar (on the left) to "collapse" on lower resolutions, namely only the icons would be visible (and the rating percent instead of the stars). This would save about 100 pixels, plus the side margins could be reduced to save some more.
Perhaps the "N comments" could be also reduced by adding an icon instead of the text, what do you think?

How about replacing all text links (with the exception of the Website link, perhaps) with icons? Maybe this could be a global solution that would make unnecesary to modify the code just to fit low resolutions needs.tproli wrote: @lautrepay

(Take into account my complete lack of aesthetics sense).
If the icons solution is not possible then the other modifications you're planning are surely welcome.
