Yeah that's probably number 1. We also have a few same-named programs here on the site so choosing something unique to your area would also be a good check.

Etymological dictionaries and anagram generators can also be good sources for ideas, IMHO.
If it's going to be sold/distributed globally or in an area with a different language, maybe check the definition of the word(s) to make sure your NOT using profanity/insulting words/terms or such.
Good point, thepiney. Nobody wants the repeat the mistake of Chevrolet with the Nova -- it sold in Latin-american markets where "No va" means "doesn't go", i.e., doesn't run...
