Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a tool to remove/disable Chrome and/or other browsers extensions.
Some infections completely disallow browser interface to remove extensions, so a specific tool would be great.

Re: Disable/Remove Chrome and/or other browsers extensions
One possibility is to remove the extensions with Windows Explorer.
In X-Chromium the extensions are stored in User\Chrome\Default\Extensions. Unfortunately each directory has a quite cryptic name (encoded hash or randomly generated text?). At least you can clear the directory, which will remove all extensions.
If the browser is installed locally, you can disable/remove extensions with CCleaner.

In Firefox, I'd use the safe mode trigger, for which I assume there's similar tricks on other browsers:
Also, what actual or theoretical situation are you trying to deal with? You have a virus or you're worried you might have one?

Re: Disable/Remove Chrome and/or other browsers extensions
Had a client with a highly infected system. Chrome was freezing at extensions page, leaving few options.
Tried ccleaner and other tools to remove offending extensions, with no success.
The only way was direct access to extensions folder using Windows Explorer.

i would also manually remove the extension's corresponding files in the "Default/Local Storage" folder as well (it will have the same cryptic name as the extension) just to be sure.
