CamStudio 2.5 Beta 1 has been released.

It appears a Beta Version of V2.6 is now available at http://camstudio.org/ & discovered this discussion about a new Portable Version (http://camstudio.org/forum/comments.php ... e=1#Item_0) haven't tested and it looks unofficial.

Great news. I haven't used this program in 6 months but there was a project at work I was using it regularly for and I ran into quite a few bugs. Despite that, it was by far the best program I've yet tested. I'm very pleased the software is still under development.

It doesnt even work for me.
There is an nsi file to create an installer (I guess) but I cant get it to compile.
Maybe its my older SP2 setup is why it wont work, I dont know
but it just looks like the programfiles folder archived

It appears as though the main CamStudio website was hacked recently and download URLs were change to point to the hacked site.
