Diagram Maker from Vovsoft is small, handy diagram ang flowchart
maker software. It allows to build many types of diagrams in area
of company organization, relationships, software structure, even
technical drawings, graphs and a computer networks diagrams.

We can choose different elements, such as rectangles, diamonds,
ellipses, arcs, polygons, stars, arrows, bezier's curves, many lines.
It is possible to insert text (strings) or bitmap pictures.

This is feature-packed software that helps design custom-tailored
flowcharts or diagrams for a wide range of use. Numerous sample
charts are added for training and experimentation. Help is on-line.
It is possible to print the drawing, but there is no export to file.

It is an intuitive application, easy to use, but at the same time
versatile because it allows you to customize almost everything
on a drawing. It can be very useful for drawing sketches quickly.

Neat little program and fun to play with. Certainly the lightest diagram maker I can remember using, coming in at 6 megs of disk space, 4 megs of RAM.

If printed to PDF, the output is a full vector image rather than a bitmap, so that's nice.
