Another website like VirusTotal, Hybird Analysis runs a malware analysis on individual files.
Background: After an accusation of OpenCandy adware inclusion (which were false), I ran 3D Youtube Downloader through the program and here are the results. The site has a TON of data that was unfortunately a little over my head. Ultimately the program was given a 30/100 "suspicious" rating, but I've had no issues with the program.
Note that this doesn't work well as a standard malware / virus scanner as running new files through the system can take some time, depending on site activity.
