Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Alot better than before. I think I should point out that there is a comment in the entry that states "The site itself tries to deploy a trojan horse!" This is in fact false and the designer has a credible reputation.
