Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
(This monthly "you notify us of the new version and I update the database entry" dance can end when you reach 50 posts in this forum, which gives you the privilege to edit the database directly. At a rate of one post per month, it is only going to take two years and three months. )

No need to apologize. Updating the entry is not much work.
Sometimes I copy excessively long changelogs from projects like Battle for Wesnoth or Resonic. In those cases updating the entry is a notable amount of work. But then I remember that copying the changelog is almost no effort compared with actually making the changes in question, as freeware authors like you (and me) are doing. I highly appreciate that there are programmers who are willing to develop their programs for free.

I wonder- shouldn't the developers be endowed with extra rights to update their programs in the database?

It's no big deal. Also it's nice to have someone to do most of the heavy lifting.
Over the holidays I had to update a lot of station entries. Some big radio stations are forcing their listeners to use their special app and / or to create a (paid) online account. Therefore I updated the PRP build. I try to minimise "broken" urls.

Thank you. Entry updated.
By the way, we had the yearly poll for "Best program added in last year". PRP made it into the poll and even received one vote.
What does it mean? I'll tell you. Someone here thinks that Pocket Radio Player is literally the best program that was added into our database in 2015 (among these). Well done!

That would be me.
I even added his page to my Facebook yah!
I love listening to different radio stations from around the world.
There have been some good ones come through to TPFC
but PRP's minimalistic design makes it one of my favorites.
