Really the big draw here was some of the automatic edit profiles for smarter batch edition, but there's also some impressive freeware tools for filtering, straighten images, etc. There are a ton of metadata tools, but I was less focused on those over viewer/editor features.
I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to create, edit, or organize available presets.
Steps: Download installer, run Uniextract2 and launch pixishot.exe... helps you to organize and edit your digital images.
