weird thing! but i like it and it works without problems.
you have to get used to it to realize that it works properly: e.g. right-clicking means "closing".
some of the functions are quite useful the others can be disabled ;-)

Okay, I can't figure out how to access the .exe launcher function (is that the Z'Menu in the setup dialog? what is Zero-Zero-Menu?) nor the browser search bar or Google search bar. I discovered I could type into the system monitor box, but it doesn't launch a search... unless this app only supports Internet Explorer. The active browser is Firefox.

The Z'Panel (I assume that's what appears in the top left corner of the display) is very difficult to activate, especially when I'm using dual monitors and the mouse pointer pops too easily over to the second monitor, which is on the left in my setup.

I'm not sure what Swazz Z'Star is, either. It appears to do nothing when I select it.

Also, the command line won't stay in the directory I change to. I'm running SWAZZ portably on WinXP SP2. My portable drive is F: today. If I tell it to cd back to the C drive, it does that but pops right back into the F drive... so I'm at the F command prompt instead of C, no matter what I do.

It helps to read the Readme file packed with the application.

So that takes care of everything above except the difficulty of activating the menu (not Z'Panel) on a dual monitor, and the command line directory problem.

Links fixed - thanks Checker

Thanks to Ralph for his tidbit in comment #6 about fixing issues where the joined FLV would crash the video between the joined portions by re-transcoding the entire joined FLV. (I used Video to Video instead of XMedia Recode.)

It would be perfect if the author adds Queue function~

I edited this but found out it is definitely shareware to late (there was some question in the forums)

Hopefully with the freeware installer version it is possible to run portable.

freakazoid on 2011-02-07 00:49

Yikes! 100MB for real?

Heck on 2011-02-07 14:04

Hi!

I run the shareware version on my usb g3 stick - and it runs great. the 100mb are not the problem today...
There is also a special price offer at the moment - you can get it for 9.95 EUR instead of 19.95 EUR. For all that were interested in ordering a license...

Cheers, Heck

Thanks for making this BGM. I think I may have come across this in one of its earlier version. After re-testing it has now replaced Numculator as my go-to calculator due to the swiftness of its launch.

Specular on 2019-05-21 10:17

@billion any idea where I could find the changelog for 1.8+? Could only source up to 1.7 on the documentation site.

billon on 2019-05-21 11:44

@Specular:

v1.8 wasn't announced even on DonationCoder
Maybe v1.9 changelog is summary for 1.8 too?
Or maybe BGM himself can clear this?

Dead!

From the site: "I'm afraid that, due to the people at Google kindly informing me of their ToS I have removed the Google Map Buddy from this website, and any other websites its hosted on.

I hope that people who downloaded it got some use out of it - and if they still have their copies they should continue to work.
I'm afraid I won't be able to respond to any queries about the software, or develop it any further. If anyone knows or an alternative tool as good as or better than Google Map Buddy for creating offline large maps then let me know and I'll place a link up here. "

I guess this is a PDF *creator* and not editor... useful to create a PDF from scratch but can not edit existing ones...

Nate on 2010-03-24 18:14

It shouldn't be included in as a PDF editor.
All it is is a rich text editor that 'prints to PDF'.

robzuc on 2015-07-14 08:59

As in 2010 year comments, this is not a real editor: it just can't open any pdf file.
