Subtitle Workshop is a subtitle editing tool that supports most subtitle formats. It includes spell checking and video preview which makes subtitle editing more convenient.

How to extract: Download the portable ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Optionally, delete unnecessary language files. Launch SubtitleWorkshop.exe.
What's new? Bug fixed: Impossible to edit subtitles containing two-byte characters (Chinese, Japanese, Korean).

Starting from the version 6, there is a portable version you which you can download from the SourceForge project website.

What a crap update; Size, License, How to extract, Website, New Screenshot, etc. all need an update. Stay away from the DB if you can't do a proper job.

yes, it's good explain, but if we want to not install a program to try it with portable application, it's not for install it and uninstall!! because in that case we can use it after we install it... so i think you should do it and publish the link to download this portable application instead of just explain... best regards
