DirSync Pro is a small but powerful utility for file and folder synchronization. The program can be used to synchronize the content of one or many folders recursively. The program can make both real-time sync (as it happens) as well as incremental updates.

Cross-platform (Java) with clients available for Mac and Linux. Alternatively, a WinPenPack version is also available.

How to extract: Download the "Windows" ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch DirSyncPro.exe.

What's new? Improved:
  • The config file is now being opened/saved using UTF-8 encoding. The application will not crash on non-asci characters in the config file.
  • The enabled tabs in the job dialog have now a green ball icon.
  • Some code cleaning.
Fixed:
  • The issue when a corrupted config file would cause the file meta data not being synchronized.

Although I've been more focused on Bvckup 2 for Windows (due to the delta copy feature), DirSync Pro comes in handy on occasions and is far and away my favorite sync program on Mac.

I also like and use DirSync Pro- it is packed with features and has a great preview (Analyze).
