This is a great program. i like it alot the only problem i have with it is when i take it to different computers i have to reconfigure it to work because the drive letters change. this makes the path invalid.

Fantastic tool! Is there an option to start minimized?

The program is realy nice. I love those hotkeys to minimize and maximize a window. The volume control is realy good too, and another nice feature is the possibility set a hotkey for multiple commands. But I have been having some problem when lauching programs: HotKeyz just shuts down after opening the program.

just run with command hotkeyz.exe -minimalize :-)

What a great program. Takes about 20 mb.ram, but it's well worth it.

much, much, much better is Autohotkey ! and it is opensource.

Don't like mess with programming much then use HotKeyz as it's much easier than AutoHotKey but if you want more powerful ways of handling not only shortcuts, but also the Windows themselves and a bunch of other things, use AutoHotkey.

HotKeyz: Very Easy and Simple.
AutoHotKey: Steeper curve but more powerful and flexible.

It is a shame that HotKeyz has been discontinued without being made open-source. I still like it very much and still use it every day- it is very easy to configure. HotKeyz still works fine on Windows 8.
