Explore2fs Portable Edition v1.07

Explore2fs is an explorer-type application for browsing Linux file systems under Windows. The program is compatible with most filesystems including ext2, ext3, ReiserFS, and more. Explore2fs Portable Edition is a wrapper for the program.

Note: This software has not been updated since 2006 and may not work with the latest changes to various file systems.

How to extract: Download the self-extracting EXE and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch the program by double-clicking on XNResourceEditorPE.exe.

According to home page, ext2 and ext3 are supported.

... and also claims to "read ReiserFS and many other filesystems." The latest beta version may go further with that than the provided link.
