@vevy i know...problem is the "l" version was posted on the sites "guestbook" by the developer literally week or two when the development stopped, was searching for that version ever since till i found it by chance on on old backup i had

It took me some time to test it but, unfortunately, it appears that the version you posted is in fact an older 1.03 version, as the interface is somewhat different from the version listed here (the "About" box also displays "v1.03"; check https://i.postimg.cc/7hvqLRdJ/46005-Image-304x291-32-Bi.png).

Here you go, also please post it somewhere for all to download [did not include the Billy.ini as it contained some personal info] this is the 1.04l i don't now what was fixed in that version since i downloaded long time ago, as far as i can remeber it had to do something with "FLAC" files
