RTMPDumpHelper easily downloads video/audio streams used by live streaming websites such as Hulu, justin.tv and others. Open a Web page containing an RTMP-format video stream in your favorite Web browser and, while watching the video, it is saved to your disk automatically as a .FLV or .MP4 file.
Requires proxy server toolkit "RTMPDump toolkit", which must be downloaded separately.

I use youtube-dl (command line) almost exclusively nowadays.
TVideoDownloader is a frontend GUI for youtube-dl:

Also, there's some more info about youtube-dl on the forums:

For me RTMPDumpHelper is the most useful of all Nir Sofer tools. It is rarely updated but it is still working fine.

@freakazoid
Thank you for your input. In fact I know TVideoDownloader. I have used another youtube-dl front-end- Moo0 YouTube Downloader:
https://is.gd/2UqwMT
It is not portable (perhaps it can be made portable?) and I update youtube-dl.exe manually. But I have not tested neither TVideoDownloader nor Moo0 YouTube Downloader with RTMP streams- I didn't know that youtube-dl supported RTMP protocol.
Note- I used url shortener because the actual link of Moo0 YouTube Downloader:
http://www.moo0.com/?top=http://www.moo0.com/software/YouTube/
is not shown properly by this site.
