Desktop Info displays system information on your desktop in a similar way to some other desktop information tools. Unlike others, this application looks like wallpaper but stays resident in memory and continues to update the display in real time. Uses very little memory and nearly zero CPU. Perfect for quick identification and walk-by monitoring of production or test server farms. Everything is customisable including language.

v1.10.1
@__philippe:
Same here
v1.10.1
Desktop Info v1.10.1
Nice enough looking gizmo at first,
but accessing the right-click context menu settings under WinXP works haphazardly at best,
and most often starts a blinking epilepsy.
Only way to exit then is from Task Manager three-finger salute process kill...:-(
Anyone else experiencing this puzzling behaviour ?
v1.10.1
Desktop Info reminds me so much of Conky (Linux, see http://conky.sourceforge.net/), that I wish settings file would be compatible/interchangeable. How cool would that be?
v1.51
super nice.. super light & "out of the way" = A++
*disable "full screen optimization" (worked for me, no blink on Windows fundamentals for legacy PCs/XP sp3)
v2.10.0
