The program is ideal for email reply templates, signatures, addresses and any other information that you find yourself typing repeatedly.

I'm using the latest version of PhraseExpress Portable on XP Pro, but it's putting two files (config.xml and pexdesktop.xml) into my Documents and Setting/Application Data/PhraseExpress folder.

Is there any way to change where these files are stored, so that the true portability of this application can be made?

PhraseExpress normally auto-adapts to the language set in the regional settings of Microsoft Windows.

Here is a step-by-step procedure how to set PhraseExpress to English language:

This also disables the automatic language detection. Hope, this helps.

Morning folk, must say I agree with RedTed, I have just downloaded and unzipped the app. I am now the proud owner of a German app. Have tried to change the language, but it's a no go. I am running a 64bit Dell Inspiron, could be that it's only meant for 32bit systems???

Thanks for the input, bartelsmediagmbh. On behalf of other TPFC users that appreciate your software, I thank you also for the generosity of providing Phrase Express as a freeware.
