Be forewarned: PrecisionHelper can't create help files without "Microsoft Html Help Workshop" but instructions for its download and portable install are nowhere to be found.

2011 add-on never built in, "Auto subtopics table of contents"

Here is manual download on "extras/beta" page:

A new extension - Auto subtopics table of contents
Release date: 19.10.2011
This extension allows you to automatically create a table of content of currently edited topic. It inserts a list of subtopics at the cursor position in a topic source editor. This is a fully formatted unordered list with anchors and subtopic titles. Extension can be executed via context menu or by code completion function.
To install this extension, simply copy the contents of downloaded archive into the "Extras" folder and restart Precision Helper.

"Extras" folder is located in application data folder of Precision Helper product.
