Stalled Printer Repair is able to detect and purge requests stuck in the printer queue that cannot be deleted. Also known as spooler restoration, this will allow subsequent print or fax jobs by clearing problematic print jobs and without need for manual intervention.

The BAT file basically stops the spooling process, then deletes the contents (files) located in the system32\spool\printers directory
then starts the spool process again.
