I think i'll keep this one. WinDirStat is prettier but Spacesniffer is way faster and natively portable

@Gmacri

Select the 'Path' to scan if you don't want a whole drive.

Not true, it can scan directories. The option is right there on the startup menu.

I like the program, but it can't scan selected folders: only whole drives. The start windows only give that possibility.
Scan folders is very important, because you don't need to scan all the whole drive, but the folders you need to scan.
I hope this will be fixed.

Amazing program indeed. I also agree that it may be the best in this category. Clean easy to understand interface that you can master without reading the manual.

I love the dynamic box sizing.

I wish there was on option to use the Overdisk type chart display ( http://users.forthnet.gr/pat/efotinis/programs/overdisk.html ) instead of the WinDirStat box display. I find the concentric circles much easier to sort through.

Thought it was goofy when I tried it, but it works really well, it's fast and even updates as you add/delete files. I found gigs of old stuff I had forgotten about and recovered the space, all in about 10 minutes.
