You can drag a file over the appropriate icon and Appetizer will pass it along correctly. Really nice when unpacking archives or installers, for example; a feature which is sadly lacking in many other launchers. Occupied about 6 private MB vs 8 for PStart (both with the same ~20 shortcuts) Sadly, won't show/hide on double clicking the tray icon, and anyway crashes regularly on my machine. I hope work continues on this one.

Despite setting label-positions "right" or "bottom" the labels are not visible.

I updated to Appetizer V1.4.6.494 but all my settings are lost! I supposed that the Settings folder must work with the new .exe file, but don't work. (A lot of time to re-construct icons and folders). I think Appetizer must have an export Settings possibility (and of course Import them when we update to a new version)
Great Program!

Tracy, Concerned Unser, Appetizer is not doing anything harmful and is definitely not part of a spam attack. You can check the source code (available on Sourceforge) and see for yourself. The IP you are seeing is the IP of the server that hosts (you can type "ping to verify). It happens because Appetizer checks every 7 days if a new version is available. To do so, it downloads this file on the project website: So as you can see nothing harmful is being done :)

I would like to know how much memory it uses as this is the most important for me and the thing that often does not get mentioned, how much memory on starting it up and what does it go up to after running for say 10mins
