PartitionRecovery is an application to recover the partitions which have been accidentally deleted. It works with FAT32 and NTFS partitions.

The Tools doesn't work. It generates a C++ error and the author doesn't react on emails

Not much help if you're trying to recover your unbootable Windows partition unless you have another Windows PC from which to run this Windows app.
