Add Entry - minor editing

When you go to add a new entry, in the Optional fields:

Icon must be 32x32 GIF file. If left empty, a stock icon will be used.

Shouldn't ICO files be included?

Screenshot must be a GIF file, max dimension 1024x768, max file size 1MB.

I'm pretty sure I have used JPG, BMP & PNG before.

Update needed?

It should probably be switched to PNG from GIF for icons.

For screenshots, I've always done GIFs since it said to. Maybe Andrew wants it that way for space reasons?

ICOs are messy as they are multiple file formats in a single file ranging from 16x16 to 256x256. And the web doesn't support ICOs except as favicons. IcoFX can export to PNGs just fine. And PNGs support alpha transparency just like ICOs (and unlike GIFs).

Only reason I bring this up is it might make it easier for new people wanting to add something new to the database. Saves them from having to convert to a different format, when it's not needed.
