Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Aw, bummer... would have been useful. Thanks for checking.
I've just tested version 1.2.7RC-build-4173-portable.
The most important settings (for portability) are saved in Data sub-folder, but some unimportant ones are still being written into the registry (context menu integration, auto-start with system). So I think it is portable but not stealth.
Good news: version 1.2.7-build-4175 is portable now!
Just be careful not to enable launching at windows startup, as such a setting must be written into the registry!
Wow, a successful test, followup, and developer response. A successful appeal to developers to put out a portable version is probably more common than I think, but its nice to see it play out from beginning to end here in the forums.
Just retested this program today and I'm overwhelmed with the additional features. The included screen capture is outstanding with its integrated whiteboard-like annotation capability, the ability to add multiple screen captures to a queue, image processing with profiles, and thumbnail creation.
A very impressive program.
Wishlist
Undo for the screen annotations is VERY slow
Ability to use the Move tool and push around lines made with the "brush" tool (right now they're stuck where you draw them)
After you get a group it would be nice to save all of them to a ZIP or (even better) 7Z file. This is for two reasons:
So you can have a local copy of this file group
So you can upload them all at once
Ability to open up an image in the editor
Initial website upload should go to one of the free services (e.g. Imgur)
Awareness of text file upload types (should send to pastebin or similar)
When I saw that site is down, I found it in a Russian forum Ru.Board.
You can see it here (in Russian).
How I can understand, developer have some hard decease or even already dead.
I hope it's just rumors about death.
