Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Nice find! I've only tested this on my Linux box, under Wine, so far. This will be very handy for some of my large log files.

Tested Portable: Vista SP2
Stores its settings in 'Settings.xml' in same folder as TextFilter.exe.
Only Windows related entries in registry; e.g. 'ComDlg', MRU, RecentDocs
This is a nice find!

That animated GIF breakdown on the program is fantastic. I wish more developers would do something like that. Some are going towards video, which is fine too, but sometimes a 10 page slide show-type view is much quicker and easier.
