Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
I will agree that the AdapterWatch is conspicuously absent from the database. When diagnosing a network connection, more information is always better. Also the PingInfoView has some real advantages for monitoring computers and network latency and the OutlookStatView is essentially a very simple and dirty version of Xobni.
I'll see about adding those programs sometime soon. The others I'll leave to someone else to advocate.
