Wink Launcher

I made a JPE launcher for it as well.

Just download Wink from offical website (http://www.debugmode.com/wink/) then open the installer with 7zip and drag files in $R0 to App folder. You can delete the URL shortcut as well as the uninstaller if you want to save a bit of room :S
Well I saw someone post this somewhere on forums and liked the program lol, the portableapps launcher seems to be in development and hard to get so I just made a launcher from JPE. Works fine too.
