The website and the program is in german only (afaik),
but the app should be selfexplaining, hopefully.

check the "Ich akzeptiere hiermit die Lizenzbestimmungen." box,
download the No23recorder.exe and extract it to a folder of your choice.

Didn´t find any registry settings and it seems like it stores the settings
in the app folder (RecConfig.xml).
But again i´m not sure if its really portable, so please test it.

Nice Aqua-ish UI, but much to my disappointment, not in English.

I will have to make up another rule at this point, so please don't scream at me! :D

The main database will only list programs in English.

My apologies.

I know I am gonna to dig myself into a hole sooner or later :D

Any suggestion to this dilemma? Get a German-speaking partner? This might be have to be followed by a French-speaking partner, Spanish-speaking partner and so on.

I am listening...

A new sub-topic with each listing? Synopsis, Installation, Website, LANGUAGE?

Problem is, I can't test it properly if I don't understand the language.

I don't claim to test programs very thoroughly, but typically I will run it through RegShot while fiddling with the settings to check for registry access, or check for Unicode support etc.
