OneLoupe screen magnifier

yes, another magnifier! this one takes up 22.5kb on your drive with its INI file.

zoom with +/-, mouse wheel, or 1-9

arrow keys resize window

hit B to copy the magnified area to the clipboard

and P is supposed to copy the color data under the crosshair to the clipboard, but i just get this: €Žš

just click to get your regular cursor back, but OneLoupe stays loaded and sleeps in the tray.

only thing it lacks is a hotkey to bring it up, but that's not hard to fix. oh and a 'nudge' command would be nice, but it is what it is.
