Audio Tagging Tools doesn't work

I just tried this - install, copy, uninstall, run copy CRASH - doesn't seem to work as portable anymore.

Hm, just tried to install and run and it still crashes - so perhaps its just a buggy piece of crap :-/

At which point does it crash? I just tried V3.0.1 on WinXP SP2, and it seems to work on some test MP3 files that I threw at it.

As i wrote it crashes when i click on the exe

Just tried it again.
Click on the download link.
Can't extract - universal extractor says it doesn't know the version.
Install.
Run
Crash before any interface shows up.
