unsupported data with psp!?

unsupported data with psp!?
whenever i try to convert an avi or mpg to a mp4 using pazera free psp video converter 1.0, it appears to have successfully converted it. But as soon as i upload it to my psp, it says it's unsupported data. What's going on and what should i do!?
