Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Mouse cursor is over the taskbar now also works with the taskbar on secondary monitor
I've been using Volumouse for almost 2 years now. How did I miss that?

This program continues to improve, though it has continued to exhibit some odd behavior over time. The current release for example has an issue where I'm unable to click on or open the menu items cause (I think) by the alt+left click option (on Win7x64). I sent in a bug report.

Still a great program.

Also, I've added something about the newly included color tool.

• 1. The DesktopOK.exe is now also Unicode
• 1b. The DesktopOK_Unicode.exe will be removed from the download
[...]

• The reason is that the users use the Ansi version this is not so good from Windows XP and higher!
So, DesktopOK.exe and DesktopOK_Unicode.exe are the same files
Why DesktopOK_Unicode.exe still not removed 3 years later - question to developer

Anything made by software OK is exelent software, very active and responsive dev too.
Check his "Tunnel3D OK" OpenGL 3D benchmark at 40kb or 24kb UPX'ed
