Tiny web servers

#1 Post by 10basetom »

I've been using Mongoose for my local web server, but I'd like to use something else since it crashes on me too often. Any recommendations for something tiny (< 10mb uncompressed)?

On a related note, while searching I came across these that are not listed here -- any reason why they are not listed?

We have a few other web server software programs here on the site but there's nothing keeping these programs out, assuming they're portable.

A program is only listed in the public database after these steps:

1) Someone creates a topic for it in the submissions forum for discussion
2) Someone create a private entry for it in the database, and puts the link up for voting
3) The private entry garners enough votes and become public.
