NOTE: I haven't tested this extensively and don't even know if it's a good idea to run under Win10 or 11, but I'm definitely not a fan of the MS Edge browser so thought I'd try it out.

Steps: Download and launch. Sets to delete files on reboot.

Status: Portable, writes no settings.
