User Tool is a portable and free software that will allow you to perform local user operations in a much easier way.

01. [FIXED] - After deleting an user, the folder remains in "C:\Users"
02. [FIXED] - GUI and buttons are small
03. [ADDED] - Feature to disable an account (Without deleting)
