Windows privacy

Hi, with recent win 22H2 roll out, noticed the SW license terms look even stricter. Reviews indicate increased surveillance and some issues of upto 40% slower file copying
Makes me wonder even more about improving OS privacy. When using mostly portable apps a lean win install is preferred but this is a manual daunting task. OS Home edition allows basic privacy only leaving unclear what data logs are transferred encoded to MS.
Has anyone positive experience with O&O ShutUp10++ as portable antispy tool for win 10+11 or other privacy options for Win11?
Thanks!
