Create Cover - cover up annoyances

The program creates a generic window just above your current window that you can resize and reposition to block annoying animations, interface elements, or advertisements.
Note that this window is just above the window it's assigned to but doesn't *attach* itself to the window below. This means that if you move the lower window, you'll also have to move the cover window. Not ideal but not bad either.
Status: Portable, writes no settings
