SEOTextEd - HTML/text tweaks

Short version: Despite the name, only barely connected to SEO and more just webpage tweaks. Some very neat ideas here but not much versus other tools here on the site.

It's almost a decade old but the open license and some of the listed features grabbed me. The live tracker counting total characters, words, and strings is very nice -- I haven't seen that elsewhere. The document history feature that tracks each modification through the various steps is very unique.
Comparison vs. current tools:
* For the text transform, regex, sort, replacement, etc.: Notepad++ has the same and more.
* For the filter remove words under the listed number (useful for grabbing keywords), I use Matnpardaz which will grab phrases as well as terms.
Other issues:
* No longer in development
* Security warning while downloading, looks like it was just an SSL cert error not a malware issue
* The "undo" function while editing text windows didn't seem to work
