"HTML Image Page Builder" is one single portable executable/no install application that converts an input image (bmp, jpg, jpeg, ico, imf and wmf) and outputs an HTML page that displays the image in color ASCII characters.
The app was written in 2001 and works fine in Windows 10.

Wow! I haven't seen Jan's software in years. There used to be a few more pieces; I used Jan's charting software for years back then--I know it was during floppy disk days.
